1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Ontrano, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Description of Service
Ontrano is a platform that connects mentors and mentees for educational purposes ("Service"). We provide a space for users to schedule, manage, and conduct mentorship sessions.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
4. Mentorship Sessions
Ontrano facilitates the booking of sessions between mentors and mentees. We do not guarantee the quality of the mentorship session or the accuracy of the mentor's expertise. Users interact at their own risk.
5. Google Calendar Integration
By connecting your Google Calendar, you grant Ontrano permission to read your calendar events to check for conflicts and to create/modify events related to your mentorship sessions. You retain full control and can revoke this access at any time via your Google Account security settings.
6. Code of Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose.
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Interfere with the operation of the service.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
